wonderful staff by the aqueduct
The hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to the fine ancient aqueduct. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable mattress and a fulfilling breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice. Especially Ana at reception. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and an individual safe in my double room. The excellent and fantastic location was a short walk from Loba Capitolina Monument.

best thing is the location, together with the garage, means that you don't have to worry about moving around the whole stay. It has a pillow menu, beds are comfortable.
air conditioning (in the middle of the heat wave of June 29, 2019, was off in ALL the hotel facilities, except in the rooms. Between the heat and hotel, is lit entirely with halogen, temperature was suffocating, especially in the elevator, takes forever from the 3rd to the 4th floor. as a final colophon, THAT TERRACE THAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES, IS COMPLETELY BARE. It doesn't even have a sad stool to sit on, if you want to contemplate the city for a while at night, taking advantage of the fact that it is refreshing and pleasant to be on. They claim they only ride her at events. SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURE. I chose that hotel, because I was going at night, passing by with my partner, I thought it was a good idea to be at the hotel having a drink on that terrace and go to sleep, because we didn't have time for more and I didn't mind paying the 122 euros they charged me for the room. I felt cheated. I had to carry a chair from my room, so that my partner could sit down, we had been walking around the Escorial for 7 hours that same day. Excuse me for rolling up, I needed to get it off my chest. greeting.

The situation, next to the aqueduct in the center, near everything, the comfort of the mattress and tranquility of the room, the cleanliness in general, my assessment would be ten and probably repeat in case of going for leisure, but sometimes in the small details is where it fails.
I was travelling for work, so at dinner I used the room service, I understand and it is usual that the food does not arrive as hot as if it was served in the restaurant, but. a cold Castilian soup, the second course fried eggs (it came warm) with potatoes (cold), obviously I almost did not have dinner. As for the breakfast I was in a hurry and I just wanted a coffee, fast. Well no, either you take the breakfast buffet or get a life, and at quarter to eight in the morning (on weekdays) there is no place nearby open to take it, bad, a very ugly detail

A carpark on-site provided. Great food, a nice size and well-appointed room with the view of the Aqueduct, the bedroom, for instance. Location so close to Michelin star restaurant, the Aqueduct which is the main tourist attraction in Segovia, and the main sights.
Quite poor area.

More pros than cons, but still.
The location is fantastic right beside the aqueduct and close to the old town. Breakfast choices were good, and the room felt comfortable with thoughtful amenities.
Staff shortages resulted in long wait times, and noise levels from nearby fast-food restaurants were distracting.

Secure car park underground a bit expensive as a car park but outweighed by being secure and direct access to hotel via secure lift. Fanatastic reception staff who all spoke perfect english. location by aquaduct and very central but not too easy to find as aquaduct divides the city - no road access thru it. We seemd always to end up wrong side! So site map and directions would be useful! However once we got there could not be better at a great price.

The staff and reception
first room, small and with a 40-50 cm closet and no shelves, for two people - 9 days. second room had a larger wardrobe without shelves, so we had to improvise with our suitcases to place our belongings, it was located at street level, so the window could only be opened because its opening was tricky, meant that you had to open the curtains (room within sight of the pedestrians) to be able to open the window a little more, then the room could be aired a little, as a consequence of this situation, curtains could not be drawn and ventilation was totally insufficient. Moreover, room was in a backdrop of a sack with stairs leading up and down the hotel. We had to order gel and shampoo from the reception. Given all these circumstances we believe that the stay did not belong to a four star hotel that we hired for nine days so we were absent after five days.

Hotel with perfect location! Very quiet rooms . The access doors to the room and to the bathroom are wide . Barrier-free shower tray . Adapted shower with chair inside . Pitchers for coffee instead of cups at breakfast . Cold meat and sausage at breakfast of very good quality . . Very friendly staff . Very friendly and helpful waitress!
Although it's not our case, because we don't need a wheelchair. But if a room is adapted in the bathroom. . . Insufficient space to drive in a wheelchair there is no space to reach the sides of the bed . Insufficient space to enter the bathroom with a wheelchair... the door hits the bed and does not open completely! The room is too small. . Beds:. Two beds of 90, to be adapted room is missing at least 105.. Mattresses that are too high make it uncomfortable to settle in the bed. Lowered sheet and duvet cover, for the time it should have top sheet to be able to remove the duvet. You go from being horribly hot to being cold. As the night progresses. . . Bathroom:. Lack of amenities. Just comb, shower cap, and a little bottle of gel, shampoo and body lotion and we clinex . Lack of space to leave toilet bag, is supplied with a small side table with wheels . There was no brush in the bathroom. Shower too narrow for wheelchair! . Room without a large mirror. Breakfast:. It leaves a lot to be desired in terms of variety. Eggs in extra super mega omelette of 6 or 8 cm high instead of scrambled eggs..very curdled eggs. . There was no lactose-free milk... No variety of breads.. Insufficient toaster for rush hour. And very slow.. In short:. IT HAS AT LEAST ONE STAR!. (This section is not valuable for normal rooms. Since we request rooms adapted for people with disabilities)

The location. Next to the aqueduct. Also the room had direct views to it (because I paid a plus for it). The perfect own parking to avoid the public parking of the square that was always full. The disposition on the part of the hotel to facilitate a breakfast from 6:30 for the people who participated in the test. This gesture deserves a 10
There was no air conditioning in the corridors, elevators were very slow, so the wait went on forever. There was no air at breakfast either (at least not on the day I had breakfast) and I found it a bit overwhelming. It is a 4-star hotel that for my taste needs a more modern air because it gives the feeling of being old-fashioned. Huge marble bathroom, with lots of wasted space, bathtub.. pictures look idyllic but I was a little disappointed when I saw the reality.

The room was large and really comfy, with a fine view of the aqueduct, made waking up awesome. The towels were kinda basic, and the air conditioning didn't really let us adjust the temperature. It felt either too cold or stuffy at times.

We reserved one night in this 4 star hotel located directly below the famous aqueduct for a special rate of 62 EUR. Normally the price is much higher. The staff knows perfect English and was very helpful, rooms and services were great. However the best thing is the superb location.
We arrived at the hotel at four in the afternoon and our rooms were not yet ready what was a bit surprising. However we went straight to the city to see the Alcazar so we did not really bother. Parking normally costs more than 14 EUR a day and buffet breakfast around 11 EUR what is quite a lot. However this is a four star hotel.

location is ideal and staff are very friendly.
I was given a room apparently attached to a discotheque/restaurant which was playing loud music until 2am. It is true that I called the reception and staff, kindly, took care of me and said they would do what they could. At first I think that if you already know about this noise you should not have given the room to a couple with small children since both I and children were not able to fall asleep until 2 am (the biggest problem was the change of time, so we slept an hour less! I called, I insisted that they were kind to me, they didn't solve the problem. I also have to say that as compensation I was not charged the 15 eur of the car park for one night, I appreciate it, although I think it's the minimum considering that I spent 250 eur for one night which I did not enjoy. I consider that I should not have been charged for that room (I booked a triple and a single room in which my husband and one of the children ended up sleeping), location, staff's kindness and cleanliness were very good.
